One of the many GREAT things about being a consultant with UBAM is the compensation plan. Beyond your 25% on all retail sales, we are able to earn BONUSES! Here's the breakdown:

Write Your Own Success Story

In your first 12 weeks, you have the opportunity to earn LOTS of great awards.

1- Kit Refund- First 30 days

Sell $1,000 in your first 30 days get a 1/2 kit refund

Sell $2,000 in your first 30 days get a FULL kit refund

2- Success Kit #1

Sell $1,000 in your first 12 weeks and you will automatically be sent a package of books and business supplies valued at $50!

3- Sell $2,000 PLUS get *1 recruit in your first 12 weeks and you will automatically be sent a package of books and business supplies valued at $50!

***For EACH new recruit you sign up during your incentive period, you will get $25 in FREE books!

4- Sell $3250 and get 2 recruits and receive $100 in FREE books

5- Sell $4500 and get 2 recruits and receive $100 CASH

Beyond WYOSS

After your incentive period, you'll still have MONTHLY opportunities to earn awards. Our Home Office does a challenge every month. Sell $1,000 during the month and you earn HOC (Home Office Challenge) I. Sell $2,000 and you earn HOC II! (Awards change every month)

What's more- once you sell $1,000 full retail during the month (not including special programs such as book fairs, Cards for a Cause, Literacy for a Lifetime, etc.) you earn an ADDITIONAL 4% commission on your sales :)

What is an override you say? Let's first talk about promoting. If you haven't thought about it, you should! It is the single BIGGEST thing you can do to increase your income! 

IF YOU PROMOTE DURING YOUR FIRST 12 WEEKS:

That is called promoting "Express Success" and here's what you get:

$300 in FREE books

and

$200 CASH bonus

Once you become a team leader, you earn your usual 25% commission on retail sales PLUS 8.5% of your entire group's sales. Your group sales includes your personal sales as well as those of your recruits and their recruits.
