When a new recruit signs up, it can be very exciting and overwhelming. Where do you start?
Follow these steps to set your new recruit up for success.

*Directing them to the How-to Videos to set up their e-show and survey
*Encouraging them to ask questions and participate on the team pages
*Celebrating successes!
Being a Sponsor:
That is what will be listed as in your new recruit's back office.
While your team leader (and theirs) is happy to help in any way, the responsibility of growing and supporting your recruits is primarily yours. Take ownership of the situation, because one day you'll be the team leader! Your team leader will check in with everyone on your team as well as provide additional support/information as needed.
